Treasurer Twitch drop does not work in 0.3.1d

I thought the Treasurer would work in a PoE2 hideout because of how the 0.3.1d patch notes were worded. Reporting in case this is a bug.
SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Yes they said this twitch drop would be available immediately in both PoE 1 and 2 but the NPC in my hideout decorations says unavailable in this version.
Would love to place this into my hideout asap. |
