Ange available in Hardcore after unlocing her in Softcore

I have unlocked Ange and Hideout in Softcore League (and use it often via Poe2 Trade website) and then created a Hardcore League characters. In my opinion this should put me without advantages from Softcore but insted I can trade via Poe2 Trade website. None of my characters made it to Act4 (end of Act2 was my best hardcore trip). This seems incorrect. I shoudn't be able to use Ange and Trade until Act 4 with at least 1 Hardcore character. This makes hardcore easier which is in my opinion not the best way to go about this mode.
