Get 2 Atlas Points in Act 2 at level 31

Hello everyone. I think i just found a bug.
On my account i have 2 characters: a sorceress and a monk.
I started the game with a sorceress, ended campaign and hit maps at level 68, did the very first 2 maps in a party of 2 and dropped the character (at level 69) due to the lack of damage (say hi to some Arc Stormweaver build found on mobalytics).
Then i started a new game with the monk and now i am level 31 at the end of Act 2.
Today i was browsing the market looking for some quarterstaff to buy, found some very expensive ones, like hundreds of divines, and decided of pure curiosity to go to that person hideout to check that other items he sells.
Inside his hideout, there was an NPC - Danning, with a quest mark, so i spoke to him and he said i completed the quest and gave me a quest item - a book that grants 2 atlas points. I was able to right-click the book and get 2 atlas points that are now visible next to my HP sphere, but i can't click on that icon, the Atlas just doesn't open at all (a normal thing at level 31 i guess).
So, TLDR, i completed with a level 31 monk a quest that a level 69 sorceress has.
