Crashing with no error on Vulkan with Intel Ark

The game crashes showing no error while loading onto the town with vulkan on intel arc gpus, at least on mine (B570) and other b580s, game is "playable" on directx12 but there is a lot of fps drops

Same for me, but only if a breach is on the Area.
