I unveiled Elreon rings, and it does not give me the craft. It's also nowhere to be found on the crafting bench(undiscovered).

The non-channeling craft is found in Orchard this league, a T14 map
|

A tootip was added on the bench to show you where it's found, last league discovery was taken off of unveiling and put into maps.
