Juiced map was lost due to disconnect!

I was very excited to do my overrun 17 pits abyss map with cleansed node with +50%quantity and 100+ increase rarity. I was 2 minutes in the map and all of a sudden I get a DC! This is not due to my internet or pc. This is definitely on your side. I tried logging in again hoping I can get back to my map but unfortunately the map is gone and no portal to get in with. I'm very upset and sad. My happiness and excitement ruined in seconds bc of this DC. Please please please fix this issue! I don't want anybody else experiencing what I experienced. Also if I can get some type of compensation with my juiced map being lost I would really appreciate it.

The instance on the server crashed, most likely. Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do about it. Compensation will not be forthcoming.
