Gigantic Following disables Raging Spirits

Steps to reproduce:
1. Become an Infernalist Witch
2. Create the Raging Spirits skill gem and socket it
3. Cast Flame Wall, note that spirits spawn as expected.
4. Set your Spirit reservation to as full as possible.
5. Acquire Gigantic Following passive
6. Note that Spirit reservation numbers have changed as per Gigantic Following text
7. Cast Flame Wall, note that no spirits spawn
8. Remove Skeletal Warrior Minion (or other Spirit reservation) while keeping Raging Spirits on. Remove until Raging Spirits "Cost 40 Spirit" is no longer red.
9. Cast Flame Wall, note that spirits spawn again.

It seems like maybe the reservation alteration from Gigantic Following is requiring more Spirit to be reserved than Raging Spirits actually takes. Thus when you are using all your Spirit, Raging Spirits sees Gigantic Following and assumes that you do not have Spirit to use it, deactivating the effect.
