Violent Desire buff from Impaling Uulgraft gives impale chance

Level 30 buff with 22% increased effect of impale gives 22% impale chance on character sheet.

Unsure if the impale effect is replaced by this impale chance.

Yo, I've also noticed this.
I suspect it's bugged and it actually gives impale chance instead of impale effect.
It's sort of easier to cap impale chance without relying on the impale support gem, so I guess we can make use of this bug
