Market Panel cluster jewel stat filter is wrong

The in game market panel even if you search stat filters for the "small passive skills grant: #" stat, the filter just has a min and max box, not a dropdown to select the cluster jewel type, like the trade website has.

Currently the only workaround is to search the cluster jewel type and then select the mod on a result to order all results with the mod you want at the top of the list. This is really annoying and not obvious that it's possible on controller.

Can confirm this is an issue on PC too.
