Path of exile MOBILE

What happened to this? There was a mobile game teased a long time ago and I dont think we have heard anything about it since.

Well, https://www.pathofexile.com/mobile still exists - so presumably it's not dead with a capital 'd'.
I kinda assume that ever since they began juggling both Path of Exile 1 and Path of Exile 2 releases every two months, they probably don't have the resources for a side-project like this. Particularly given it originally being announced at ExileCon 2019 - this predates their decision to break out "4.0" into it's own "Path of Exile 2". I don't know whether they've ever formally committed to a "Path of Exile 2 Mobile" - or really commented on the phone port much at all since that. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

" they had a booth for PoE mobile at Exilecon 2023 and at this point had pivoted on their initial plans to port PoE1 to mobile and had started making an entirely new experience. so, yeah, probably dead with a lower case d. least until PoE2 is complete. |
