API returning with zero information for my account

So trying to sync tabs with wealthy exiles and nothing happens. reached out to their help and they said when they ping my API there is nothing there. Have had my account since 2023. THoughtt? And thank you.

Well, it's true that the account you're posting from has earned 0 achievements, has 0 characters created, and has never achieved any progress in a challenge league.
Simple solution - log out of the website, and log back in using the account you play on. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
