LOST ONE POINT

How can i get my point back? I was at lv 92 and when i got 93 my point just dont exist. when i use /passives show me that i got 92 passive skill point from character level.

" Your character is created at level 1 with 0 passive points. Ergo, you are supposed to have (93 - 1 = ) 92 passive points from character levels. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
