Converting enemy damage to an element causes you to take more damage

I tested more than I show in the video, Cloak of Flame DOES NOT increase damage taken, it's only Kaom's Binding(and I assume Elementalist and Pyroclasp belt). It was a bit annoying to test in T16+ with actual stats and vs different monsters, but at the very least SOMETHING is wrong here. I assume GGG has more reliably testing capabilities than me available for this kind of stuff.
