Whispers of Infinity bug on Grace + Divine Blessing Support

I have a Grace gem inside a March of the Legion boots (Divine Blessing Support). I also have CI. Each time I cast Grace, it costs me almost my entire ES pool! It leaves about 10% ES every each Grace cast. It's almost as if I'm activating my supposed buff, only to prepare myself get 1-shoted the very next second. It didn't work like this during 3.26.

I was looking into other similar Whispers of Infinity bugs and practically, the general issue is skills are getting too much ES-costly when used with Whispers of Infinity.

I can't believe I'm still checking back on this thread for any progress despite GGG having released 2 new patches for the past 3 weeks.

How is this still left unchecked? If this is how it should have been intended to work, at least mention it as an official changelog so we can stop playing it!
