Updating market with items in public tabs

Hi,
I think my items are not being listed in the market while they are put in public tabs with certain selling prices. I look for my items in the market and I cannot find any of them. I've been checking in the web for my public profile to try to find the shop with my items and cannot find it neither. Can I do something to solve this? Thanks in advance. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

I appear to be able to find that flask listed by you;
 When I open your link, in the top-right corner it is set to "Instant Buyout Only". This refers to the new asynchronous trade system featuring Merchant NPCs selling items on behalf of players. You are not using this; you have the item listed in a premium stash tab. Therefore the filter that limits search results to those employing the new system specifically excludes any of your items. Change it from "Instant Buyout Only" to "Any". You should then be able to find your items.
