Need character on PC version of game deleted and I cannot do so

I have a character and a Faustus trade from a brief attempt to play PoE 1 on PC, which did not go well.
I am unable to delete this character, can support email me with what details they require to verify who I am and the name of the character I wish to be removed from my account entirely please. (ALL typos lack of caps, punctuation and general errors are copyright Timbo Industries - Laziness Division) Any perceived disrespect is unintended, I have High Functioning Asperger's and its socially inept.
