Does procing Unholy Might from Overwhelming Malice notable, by totems - give them this buff?

No, proxies like totems use character's offensive stats but cannot provide buffs, charges, etc. If you gain Unholy Might yourself, totems will receive a buff and be able to inflict Wither on hit.
