I'm doing Righteous Fire and my life regeneration per sec fluctuates between 1000 and 1500

What is causing this I don't know, I removed the gear one by one and the fluctuation is still happening so this leave the skill tree which I don't know what node is causing this maybe someone here can help me.

Is it changing when you are only standing still, only when you run around, or both?

Maybe graft with skill Tender Embrace gives you hp regen periodically.
Im using the graft and have the same thing. |
