Awakened Added Fire Level 5 not working

So I have an awakened added fire damage support gem lv 2 and im wearing an venarius astrolabe, so the gem goes up to level 5 and it says it would give +1 to phys gems, but my wave of conviction of trathus is not getting the +1. Some interaction there is not working.

Also is the case for Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support. I have mine leveled to level 12 via venarius' astrolobe and the runegraft of the gemcraft inside of a Honourhome and it is only giving +1 level even though it is saying it is giving +2 levels on the Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support's tooltip but the gem that it is supporting only says +1.

Same thing happens in my body armour link, I have gotten my Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support to level 10 and through it's tooltip it says it is giving +2 levels but when I inspect the gem it is supporting, it is only giving +1 level.

are we getting and update or something? :D

It's been an issue since last league, only update is "not fixed yet".

Increases to the level of an Awakened Support Gem won't increase the levels they provide to the supported skill.
