Please fix servers...

I am trying not to crash out while typing this... But please GGG... can u look into the inconsistent Ping problems in the Texas and California servers please and thank you? My internet runs every other game and video fine, but from time to time, those servers just skyrocket to 10k ping and are unplayable, and when i do get 40 ping, i get rolled back 5seconds later and I die and its INCREDIBLY frustrating. i have faith you will fix it. Love this game. I want to play more, please fix the servers so I can do so

You would need to post an MTR log for them to be able to investigate this.
