Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support not giving +Levels

As the title states, my Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support is not giving the +X to supported gems as its tooltip is stating it should. I have leveled my Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support to level 12 and to level 10 (two different links across my gear) via Runegraft of the gemcraft + Venarius Astrolobe unique amulet + Socketing into an Honourhome (for the lvl 12, the lvl 10 is in my body armour). Both the awakened gems say that they are giving +2 to level of supported gems but when I look at the supported gems, they are only getting +1 from support. I take the awakened gems out and I lose +1 level on the supported gems.

Update:

Neither gem that is supported by Awakened Added Lightning Damage is getting any levels from the support.

Seems like a problem with woke gems in general.

I have the same issue with woke added fire and its +1 to phys skills.

Also lots of people have reported similar. So its not a niche case.

all of those are due to an interaction with archdemon crown which is lowering support gem levels(thus removing the +gem bonus) and another source giving + support gem levels(giving it back)

this one appears to be a very high level support gem not giving more than +1 like it should
