Spectres gone after unequipping item

I was unequipping my boots with the raise spectre gem in them in hideout.
I had no desecrate or offering skill active and there were no corpses of my 3 corpse spectres in hideout. I could resummon my AG no Problem, but the spectres are gone.

20 Divines down the drain :-( . bug reference number 3670641873.

I lose all my spectres after moving my gem in town "karui shore"

=> perfect hydra gone (several divines, price rising quickly !)
