Bug from Eagon + divine vessel

Not insane bug but when i put divine vessel in an eagon influenced map (talking to him to chase the memory thingy) the device eats the divine vessel but in the end i cant take it back nor get the bonus on the pantheon !

I might have a similar issue. I want to use a divine vessel on a plateu map for Puruna the Challenger, but the map device wont accept it, saying i already captured the soul, while I'm unable to find a filled vessel anywhere in my inventory, stash tabs, or the map device itself(including the extra space on the left).
I know I have run the map before, not sure under what circumstances. I have done a bunch of Eagons maps and maybe I ran it and forgot about the vessel when it wasn't there.
