Areas nand Towns loading with HIGH CONTRAST colors

Is anyone else having issues where the screen loads with high contrast colors

VERY high contrast colors.
Like at this moment I logged back in, in hopes that it would resolve the issue, ut I am currently looking at a lime green and orange version of "The Forest Encampment.
It has also happened in other towns and instances and areas.
I am reporting this from my phone. But I will take a screen shot of my TV for everyone to view it.

Haven't encountered that myself. Is poe the only game you have encountered anything like this with? It's only in towns, or which other areas? Town often have other players using a range of MTX.
