Where is the loot?

Aside from all my normal farms now sucking I decided to farm t16 and 16.5 maps in juiced legacy t17s with 76%
Pack size, 210% more maps and a kick ass atlas for dropping 50 + maps pre 3.27. My average now was 5 map drops per t17. W this is what community wanted, remove quant gear, remove effect of explicit, remove all mobs make just one mob per map WWWWWW

The bloodlines + blight strat is still working for me. Got 2 inventories worth of maps from my last t17 and can still crash the game when I hit ALT.
But I do notice the difference due to nerfing +% explicit mods "Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
