Genesis Unique Jewels not dropping

I got 1000% inc to get belts 500% inc to get jewels, all three less attribute requirements nodes, yet I ONLY get belts and time to time some random stuff. Not a single jewel neither foulborn nor normal. And yes, I have checked what I get that gets filtered by item filter. Nothing. Have made +-50 rolls so far, maybe more, didn't keep track. Anybody know if that's an actuall bug or I'm missing something?
I doubt it's just bad luck, seems like odds of getting NO jewels in 50+ rolls are astronomically low

What ilv we talking about? just fed it 12x 50-60ilvl gifts- not a single jewel. Nothing. Zilch. Zero. Don't really wanna buy more when the price is not exactly in the "buy a bunch to test" range
And even is the chance is higher on low level wombs, I should still get SOME jewels on ilv83 wombs, at least 1 jewel per 50 gifts would let me think "yeah, it's working, but the rate is low". But getting absolutely none seems a bit off

Would you imagine, just got my first jewel. It was an ilv83 gift, but instead of ctrl clicking- I manualy clicked the red thingy. Now- either I was SUPER unlucky, or ctrl-clicking birth bugs something out, gonna test after I get some more birthblood

The genesis tree passive point that increases chance for jewels is only +500%. and you are generating unique out of almost the entire pool + foulborns. Jewels make up a very small percent of that pool. There are also hidden weights to each item, that we have no idea about. We can assume they are tied to the tier system that we are familiar with, but that is just a guess, this is a new mechanic without significant user data at this point.

You can reduce the pool by using very low level wombgifts, since jewels have no level requirement and most uniques do. Ideally we would use ilvl 0 wombgifts, to eliminate as many uniques as possible from the pool, but that is not an option. I believe the lowest level womb gift you can get is ilvl21 or something. Even with those, there are still a lot of unique options for it to generate.

Any bug is possible in this game, but that is some tinfoil hat copium IMO
