Essence farm is bugged with only 1 monster type

Hi, I'm farming essences in t6 maps with these scarabs;

1x calcification
1x adaptation
1x ascent
2x adversaries

With "Amplified Energies" allocated on my atlas tree I should be getting at least 1 deafening essence per monster.

This issue is only happening with this type of monster(shield crab or its another variant) leaving a link below for proof.
