Breach Gland Boss not taking damage

Happens consistently when doing high damage.
boss becomes unable to take damage, sometimes in the invulnerable state (Healthbar golden) sometimes not.
No amount of further damage or number of attacks from the bosses changes or makes them take damage again.
Having to exit to character select and rejoin maps.

+1, seems like Esh gets the invulnerability for a split second and then its removed while still being invulnerable which locks the fight. Easily reproducible, happens almost every time

Edit: Seems it happens only the first time when Esh becomes active and is instantly phased
