Pausing the game allows people to use Altars and build Blight Towers

Is this a bug like being able to add scours alcs into the map device?
Right now people are able to click on Altars and Blight towers while pausing the game via something like opening the auction house which only covers half the screen and doesnt grey out the game like hitting ESC does.

should honestly just be the default behavior while paused...

blight is supposed to be a tower defense mechanic... but quite often you can't build towers because theres so many enemies making it a huge mechanic flavor fail.
