Blight portal spawned inside another league mechanic (fire tree?)

Decent atlas tree, first time i've seen the random fire tree event. Cassia spawned a room over. Blight portal apparently spawned directly inside the tree. Enemies cannot leave the portal to be targetable. Blight event cannot complete. All other lanes completed normally.
