Cleared corrupted nexus T15 not registering - perhaps delerium mirror issue

Hi, Cleared the corrupted nexus last night, and I noticed that it still had Delerium Mirror as an extra objective (but it did say that the map was complete).

It didn't complete the T15 quest with Doryani and no mirror had spawned on the map. I don't have a screeny of the map itself, but this is what the map looks like now (encs)
