Unallocating Farrull's Will (bloodline) kills spectres

Even if you're within your normal spectre limit, unallocating this bloodline notable will kill the spectre.

In my case, I had 1 spectre summoned and unallocated the notable, bringing my limit back to 2, but it still killed it. Monster type does not matter.
