Living Lightning not attacking Kitava

Hello,
I'm making a Living Lightning prime minion build.

I'm in act 5 at the Kitava fight, and the Living Lightning minions spawn in the buff window, but they neither show up on screen nor do they attack Kitva.

FWIW, when the heart and adds show up they do show on screen and attack.

I'll update later if this also happens in Act 10 and maps.
