Alilith skills bug (controller)

In any encounter where we're to defend Alilith, there's a chance that the powers won't work.
The "button" in the UI (when you press L2+R2) is gone as well, clicking L2+R2+X does nothing.

It only happens once every 10 encounters or so but it usually mean auto-loss.
