Delirium & Keepers of the Flame

I have noticed that I sometimes lose/do not receive my delirium mirror rewards if I am inside of a hive when the timer expires.

I re-enter my map from the hive and the delirium is ended and there is no items indicating a delirium ended.

Was playing on beach and had a delirium going with multiple rewards.

Entered Hive and completed the map.

When I exited the hive, I received the loot from the breach closing, but no delirium rewards and the delirium was ended.
