Ritual cant be activated

Doing a Burial Chambers Valdo map that drops forbidden flesh, one of the condition is to complete all rituals but I am unable to activate the ritual, I have cleared everything on the map, the other 2 rituals activated normally.

I tried using kinetic blast of clustering to clear the surrounding as well just in case theres some monsters I couldn't see it did not work. There was an alva next to it so i thought there may be some weird interactions and I cleared alva and still cannot open it.

I also tried leaving the zone and rejoining the zone and still doesn't work
