can't trade

I'm unable to use the trade website, as clicking 'Travel to Hideout' causes the game to load for a long time, then disconnect and display a Failed to connect to the instance' message. I can travel to Hideout and trade once every 15 times, or possibly more.

Tried to change all settings to the lower standard and still can't fix the issue
