Invisible Elder Nova's one shotting RIP

I have the map mod "Area contains unstable tentacle fiends" in a T16, with a hive fortress. The white rings that show the expansion of the elder novas that the tentacle fiends cast are invisible on the ground effect that the hive fortress puts down. RIP RIP
