Broken spirit

The spirit on my sorceress Volnatha in the Abyssal League is completely broken. No matter i do it does not function even with my natural 100 spirit from monsters. I have a scepter that gives me 148 spirit for a total of 248 and nothing works. It was working one day and then I noticed my Blasphemy was not working, then I found out nothing that involves spirit was working. I have a skill gem of skeletal snipers with none activated yet when I exit the bind screen it shows I have 3 turned on when I don't. The 3 snipers go away after I remove that skill gem. I could really use some help with this character. Please and thank you.
