MTX not showing second purchase

I wanted Madcap not just for my weapon but for shield... i noticed is not one of the MTX that does both slots... like my Poets Pen and Springleaf for leveling... kinda like the my beloved White set... i happily bought two weapons effects i can have the effect on shield or w/e weapon i dual wield with. I already owned on Madcap weapon affect and so i just grabbed another from the shop. it is not showing the second one. Can you fix this for me? I want to use Madcap on both slots. I did not mind having to buy it... just want it to work. Thanks!
