Memory bosses/Feared invite/Tul and Esh skills invisible

When running any of the 3 memory bosses and then also in the feared invitation all of the bosses skills/abilities are invisible... when dying to these it also causes the loading times to get back into the fights to be 20+ seconds (according to the grace period timer) but again after loading in, all skills are invisible

This also happens in the Tul/Esh fights where both of the bosses themselves are invisible (eventually loading in) however the skills are still missing.
