Recombinator nerf?

I tried recombinating 1prefix + 1prefix around 1000 times in this league

Before patch it was roughly 33% success rate.

After patch it was like 10%-15% succes rate. is it nerfed?

Not sure,

since they nerfed recombs (by removing option to block modifiers) i didnt touch them.

I've been trying for days to recomb items and no matter what they will not go together. Beginning of league it worked and now nothing. These back ended nerfs are getting old. Ggg is a very dishonest company. Starting to think they hate there own game
