Axe/Dagger Icon in Unique Tab

This is something that kicks off my OCD everytime.

The AXE and DAGGER icon in the Unique tab are the ONLY icons that changes when I mouse over it. It seems to move down to give it the effect of being pressed I presume, but its the only icons which do it.
