Arbiter of Ash at 0.3.x has some nasty timing/distance problems

I cannot one-shot that thing and it is surely not meant to be a one-shot. The mechanics is nice. Some are wellknown from WoW. But there are a couple of bugs in my opinion:
- time for reaction to the couple of bombs is too small -> when Arbiter does at the same time his beam Problems: - the beam cuts off the way to the next "bomb drop" which is needed for the round safe space. Dodge-Roll through seems not to work either. - additionally the second circle is so far away that sometimes not even a dodge roll can reach it in time (when the roll does not go off into another direction after the first roll) or it is not visible in the screen (4k) - additionally sometimes the next circle is too far + the beam from Arbiter cuts the way I have 45 movement speed, no blink, 7.3k ES, immunity to bleed/chaos, L92 - enough to get through the mechanics except the "insta-death oneshots". - bombcircle - beams - full field of beams Even with "full speed running" some of the circle sometimes are not reachable. Arbiter needs rework. I don't have a problem with difficulty but pure luck after farming so long for the items is not motivating. The Arbiter should be at least with good strategy possible to beat. Rework suggestion: - circle should be reachable with movement speed 35+ - beams should not cross the way to the circle except enough time to go around is there or they are at least possible to dodgeroll without dying - circles should be at least visible on the screen and not outside Perhaps some have more ES it could be survivable.
