Awakened Supports not granting Level to Supported Skill gem (Venarius' Astrolabe)

An Awakened Added Fire Damage Support in an Archdemon Crown does not grant it's "+1 To Level of Supported Physical Skill Gems", even when it is raised back above Lvl 5 by the Venarius' Astrolabe Amulet. Attached Picture shows the Gem info, but it does not raise the Level of a Linked Penance Brand of Dissipation.

I already reported a Similar Bug last league, where raising Awakened Gems above Lvl 10 with the Amulet didn't grant +2 Levels as it normally should.

+1, i just discovered this bug while gearing my toon, and I'm not happy :(

Same issue with Archdemon Crown/Venarius' Astrolabe/Awakened Gem combo. For some reason the +1 level from the Awakened gem doesn't get added to skill gem, at least not in the tooltip

It shows global levels +3 on the awakened added support, so the requirements are being met. It shows it should give +1 level. The awakened support does not give +1 levels in the linked skill gem.

There's already a lot of bug reports in various forms, including ones not using Venarius (level 6, -2, +1 from runegraft) that are re-reaching level 5, but because they got subtracted from Archdemon, or maybe some other methods, the game is doing the calculation out of order and will not give the levels stated.
