Merchant tab work only from hideout

Faustus is in 3 places - "karui shores" , "kingsmarch" and in personal hideout, but "manage shop" work only in personal hideout

That's not a bug.
They specifically said it would only work in Hideouts. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Yep, I don't know why exactly, but that's how it works, must be interacting with him at hideout.
