Disconnection and all invetory loot lost

I was doing a map when randomly i got disconnected for server error and all my loot from the inventory got lost, same for the map i was doing. Seems like the character did not save after i started the map, even my gems went back 1 level (i leved them up during said map). Last bumped on Nov 30, 2025, 1:14:00 PM

That's known as an instance crash;
https://www.poecommunity.help/troubleshooting/crashes/instance You don't need to report those. :) Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
