South africa server problem

Hi i'm having several disconnection since 3 or 4 weeks.
Got 40 ms and be disconnected (ping is going over 40000 and disconect), it happens a lot. Is there any issue with South africa servers ? Thx Last bumped on Dec 4, 2025, 2:07:36 PM

If you post an MTR log, it'll help GGG investigate any issues that might be occurring.

If you post the log, myself or one of the others can explain it.
It may or may not be an issue with packet loss. I can't comment on a log I haven't seen. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
