"Shavronne's Satchel" have a bug

The 'Shavronne's Satchel' in 'Life Recovery from Flasks also applies to Energy Shield' is not functioning properly.

" It sure does work. ive used it multipul times on multipul characters. YOu have something comflicting with it working. that is your only problem. there is no bug, only user error. |

This is definitely a bug. Sometimes it works but mostly in the times it does not. If you change the life flask then it stops working.

tired remove and readd, or change with another rare item, but it does not have an affect.
