No carga mi idioma y borra ajustes de volumen y pantalla en el Poe2

Hola, buenos días!!

Llevo un tiempo teniendo problemas con el juego. Con el Poe2 no me carga mi idioma, el español. Ayer sí que se cargó por fin, pero hoy vuelve a no funcionar. Todos los ajustes de volumen y de pantalla que le realizo tampoco se conservan, no me carga igualmente el filtro de objetos, esto me pasa igualmente en el Poe1.
Por otra parte, no sé porque no se sincronizan los juegos con los de Steam, sobre todo con el Poe2, lo cual es una molestia por la pérdida de los cosméticos. Por cierto, cuando abro el juego desde Steam tampoco me carga mi idioma.
Otro problema es que no guarda mi email, ni mi contraseña. En el Poe1 no guarda la contraseña, en el Poe2 no guarda nada. Ya tengo varios días así con el Poe2. Lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar varias veces, pero nada. Sinceramente, dan ganas de darle un patada al juego.

I've been having problems with the game for a while now. Poe2 won't load my language, Spanish. It finally loaded yesterday, but today it's not working again. All my volume and screen settings aren't being saved, and the object filter isn't loading either. This is happening in Poe1 as well.

Also, I don't know why the games aren't syncing with Steam, especially Poe2, which is a real pain because I'm losing my cosmetics. By the way, when I open the game from Steam, it still doesn't load my language.

Another problem is that it's not saving my email or password. Poe1 doesn't save the password, and Poe2 doesn't save anything. I've been dealing with this for several days now with Poe2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but nothing works. Honestly, I feel like kicking the game.
